Returns & Refunds Policy

At Cartvilla Pakistan, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.


2. Eligible Return Reasons

Returns are accepted if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete item

  • The item is not as described

  • You changed your mind (applies to most non-electronic items)

⚠️ Please note: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for electronics, health & beauty items, or any used/opened items.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order details:

Include the following details:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear pictures of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Reason for return

Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange pickup or drop-off, depending on your location.


4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Include all original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories

  • Be returned in the condition it was received

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.


5. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., undergarments, razors, cosmetics)

  • Food or perishable items

  • Digital goods or software

  • Items with tampered packaging or signs of use


6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded via Cartvilla Wallet or bank transfer

  • Card or Online Payments are refunded to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive the item

Shipping charges may be deducted in cases of “change-of-mind” returns.


7. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item:

  • Contact us through call or email with your order number and reason

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability


8. Warranty Claims

For defective items beyond 14 days:

  • Please contact us and we’ll assist you with any warranty or brand service center claims, if applicable.
